Rich and Moist Chocolate Banana Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 flax egg
  • 2 tbsp Almond milk
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cup flax meal
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 block of vegan dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except for the chocolate in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Place the mixture in a tin and decorate with the chocolate, breaking it into pieces.

  3. Cook for about 20-30 minutes or until cooked through.
