Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Agave Syrup
Ingredients
- 500 g brussels sprouts
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tbsp roasted onion
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Rinse and add the brussels sprouts to a baking dish.
Chop half the onion into small strips and add them to the dish as well.
Add the liquids and spices and combine everything together.
Sprinkle some roasted onion on top of everything.
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

This recipe is perfect as a side dish for Christmas.
