Salted Date Caramel

Ingredients

  • 230g dates
  • 190g boiling water
  • 2 pinches of fleur de sel

Preparation

  1. Cover the dates with the boiling water for 10-20 minutes or until tender.

  2. Then, blend them with the water.

  3. Add 2 pinches of salt and voilà!

Notes

  1. Store in the fridge.
