Steamed Shrimp with Garlic and Ginger
Ingredients
- 15 large fresh shrimp
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 4 slices ginger
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 stalk cilantro
Preparation
Rub the cleaned shrimp with lime juice, let it sit for a short time, then rinse.
Place ginger slices at the bottom of a heat-resistant plate, arrange the shrimp, sprinkle with minced garlic, and steam for 10 minutes.
Combine fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce with a little water, and mix well.
Pour the mixture over the shrimp, add chopped cilantro, steam for another 3 minutes, and serve.
