Quick Spiced Shrimp Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 500g shrimp
- 2 tablespoons curry powder (for chicken or fish)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt and seasonings to taste
- 1 or 2 sprigs curry leaves
- Chopped garlic
- Chopped shallots
- A little water
- Oil for sautéing
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan and add all the spices and sauces, cook until the oil separates, adding water little by little.
Once the oil separates, add the shrimp.
Add salt and seasonings to taste, cook until slightly dry, and turn off the heat.
Tips
If you prefer a saucier dish, add more water.
