Super Green Spring Bowl
Ingredients
- Puy lentils
- Garden peas
- Broccoli florets

Preparation
Cook the Puy lentils according to package instructions, then set aside to cool slightly.
Steam the garden peas and broccoli florets until tender.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, peas, and broccoli.
