Ingredients

  • Puy lentils
  • Garden peas
  • Broccoli florets
  • Spring onion
  • Fresh dill
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Cook the Puy lentils according to package instructions, then set aside to cool slightly.

  2. Steam the garden peas and broccoli florets until tender.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked lentils, peas, and broccoli.

  4. Add in the chopped spring onion, dill, and mint, tossing everything together.
