Try This Crispy 5 Ingredient Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of extra firm tofu
  • 2 tbsp Tamari or low sodium soy sauce
  • garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Dice tofu into about 1 inch cubes. Make sure they are all about the same size to avoid over cooking

  2. Place in a mixing bowl and add Tamari or soy sauce, garlic powder, maple syrup, salt and pepper. Mix in slowly until all cubes are evenly coated

  3. Cook in air fryer for 35 minutes at 375 F. Check and move tofu around every 10 minutes to evenly cook
