Vegan Cauli-ccoli Wings Baked with Tikka Masala

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 4 tsp tikka masala mix, divided
  • 2 cups chickpea flour
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • Olive oil
  • Smoked salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C

  2. Mix cauliflower, broccoli, sea salt, 2 tsp tikka masala, and olive oil in a bowl.

  3. Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

  4. Make a smooth thick batter with chickpea flour and water. Flavor batter with salt and tikka masala.

  5. Dip cauliflower in batter to evenly coat and transfer to a lined baking sheet or fry in hot oil.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until batter is crispy.
