Veggie Steak and Chips with Eggs and Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 plant-based steaks
  • Meat-free beef flavor stock cubes
  • Actifried chips
  • Mushrooms
  • Red onion
  • Radish shoots
  • 3 quail eggs
  • 1 tablespoon chili and garlic sauce
  • Sea salt
  • Chives
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Crush the stock cubes and mix with the plant-based steaks, then shape them.

  2. Pan fry the shaped steaks until cooked through.

  3. Prepare the chips using an air fryer according to package instructions.

  4. Fry the mushrooms and red onion until softened.

  5. Fry the quail eggs until the whites are set and yolks are desired doneness.

  6. Assemble the dish by adding radish shoots, chili and garlic sauce, sea salt, chives, and chili flakes.
