Soba and Edamame Salad with Sesame Dressing

Preparation
Cook soba noodles according to package directions until al dente, then rinse under cold water to stop cooking
Prepare edamame by boiling or steaming until tender, and cook mushrooms until softened, either by sautéing or steaming
Mix sesame dressing with ginger, chilli miso, and coconut aminos in a bowl
Toss cooked soba noodles, edamame, and mushrooms together with the dressing until well combined
