Vegan Air-Fried Mango Toast
Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- sourdough bread
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1.5 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 vanilla bean
- shredded coconut
Preparation
Mix the cream cheese, matcha powder, agave nectar, and vanilla bean together to create a spread.
Slice the mango.
Air fry the sliced mango at 200°C for 9-10 minutes.
Toast the sourdough bread.
Spread the mixture on the toasted bread.
Pile the air-fried mango on top.
Top with shredded coconut.
