Vegan Air-Fried Mango Toast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 mango
  • sourdough bread
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegan cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Mix the cream cheese, matcha powder, agave nectar, and vanilla bean together to create a spread.

  2. Slice the mango.

  3. Air fry the sliced mango at 200°C for 9-10 minutes.

  4. Toast the sourdough bread.

  5. Spread the mixture on the toasted bread.

  6. Pile the air-fried mango on top.

  7. Top with shredded coconut.
