Easy Homemade Gluten-Free Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 15 oz gluten-free chocolate cake mix
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp almond extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix together all the ingredients

  3. Spoon batter into approximately 36 greased mini-muffin tin slots using a tablespoon

  4. Bake for 22-25 minutes

  5. Let cool and add toppings if desired, such as chocolate frosting
