Festive Christmas Yogurt Bowl
Ingredients
- 150g Greek yogurt
- 1/2 apple
- 1 plum
- 1 strawberry
- 1 tablespoon granola
- 3 pecan nuts
- 25g xylitol
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the yogurt with 15g of xylitol and fill it into a nice bowl.
Cut the apple into small pieces and stew it slowly in a small pan with 10g of xylitol, cinnamon, and some water.
Place the apple compote on top of the yogurt.
Slice the plum and lay it on the yogurt.
Sprinkle one tablespoon of granola over the bowl and add the nuts.
For a red touch, you can chop a strawberry and decorate the bowl with it.
The Christmas yogurt is ready.
