Apple and Plum Christmas Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 3 plums
  • a bit of water
  • cinnamon
  • xylitol
  • a shot of rum
  • 70 grams granola
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

  1. Cut the apple and plums and simmer them in a pan with a bit of water, cinnamon, and xylitol

  2. Add a shot of rum and transfer to a small round baking dish

  3. Mix 70 grams of granola with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of water, then sprinkle over the fruit mixture

  4. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes

  5. Serve with low carb vanilla ice cream
