Apple and Plum Christmas Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 3 plums
- a bit of water
- cinnamon
- xylitol
- a shot of rum
- 70 grams granola
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Cut the apple and plums and simmer them in a pan with a bit of water, cinnamon, and xylitol
Add a shot of rum and transfer to a small round baking dish
Mix 70 grams of granola with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 1 tablespoon of water, then sprinkle over the fruit mixture
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
Serve with low carb vanilla ice cream
