Quick and Easy Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop whey protein
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200g (7oz) greek yogurt
  • 200g berries
  • 3 tbsp Xylitol

Crumble

  • 100g oats
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Xylitol or Erythritol or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 40 ml water

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for the filling.

  2. Add berries to the mixture.

  3. Combine all ingredients for the crust and crumble until you get a crumbly texture.

  4. Press 2/3 of the crumbles into a little pie form.

  5. Add the filling on top.

  6. Sprinkle the rest of the crumbles on top of the filling.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
