Quick and Easy Berry Crumble
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200g (7oz) greek yogurt
- 200g berries
- 3 tbsp Xylitol
Crumble
- 100g oats
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Xylitol or Erythritol or coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 40 ml water
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together for the filling.
Add berries to the mixture.
Combine all ingredients for the crust and crumble until you get a crumbly texture.
Press 2/3 of the crumbles into a little pie form.
Add the filling on top.
Sprinkle the rest of the crumbles on top of the filling.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
