Quick Overnight Oats for Busy Mornings

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons fruit
  • Milk (to cover)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • Optional: cinnamon, cacao, and other toppings

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, chia, and peanut butter in a container.

  2. Add fruit if mixing in, or save for morning.

  3. Cover with milk and stir well.

  4. Top with Greek yogurt.

  5. Refrigerate overnight.

  6. In the morning, add fruit or any additional toppings if desired.
