Warm Cozy Bowls of Messy Oats

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
  • Milk (to cover)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice or cinnamon
  • A few drops of MyProtein toffee drops
  • 1 scoop MyProtein vanilla protein (optional)
  • MyProtein almond butter (for topping)
  • Pumpkin seeds (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Place oats and flaxseed in a bowl, cover with milk, add pumpkin spice or cinnamon and toffee drops.

  2. Microwave for approximately 2.5 minutes.

  3. Stir in vanilla protein powder; if too dry, add more milk.

  4. Top with almond butter and pumpkin seeds.
