Warm Cozy Bowls of Messy Oats
Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed (optional)
- Milk (to cover)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice or cinnamon
- A few drops of MyProtein toffee drops
- 1 scoop MyProtein vanilla protein (optional)
- MyProtein almond butter (for topping)
- Pumpkin seeds (for topping)
Preparation
Place oats and flaxseed in a bowl, cover with milk, add pumpkin spice or cinnamon and toffee drops.
Microwave for approximately 2.5 minutes.
Stir in vanilla protein powder; if too dry, add more milk.
Top with almond butter and pumpkin seeds.
