Winter Citrus Salad with Vitamin C Power
Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit
- 1 medium orange (such as Cara Cara or Blood oranges)
- 2 clementines or tangerines
- 1/2 fennel bulb
- 1/2 avocado
- Optional: walnuts or almonds (as a substitute for avocado)
- Optional: few sprigs of fresh mint and/or dill
- Fresh crushed black pepper
- Optional: lemon juice
Preparation
Dice the fruits and vegetables.
Place them in a bowl.
Top with lemon juice and fresh crushed black pepper.
