Citrus Salad with Sumac and Tangerine

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 large orange
  • 1 avocado
  • large handful of radishes
  • sprinkle of mint leaves
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • juice from 1 tangerine
  • drizzle of olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and segment the grapefruit and orange

  2. Slice the avocado and radishes

  3. Chop the mint leaves if desired

  4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl

  5. Drizzle with olive oil and tangerine juice, then sprinkle with sumac

  6. Toss gently to mix
