Vegan Green Salad with Seeds and Passion Fruit
Ingredients
- Mixed greens
- Radishes
- Fresh tomato wedges
- Cucumber slices
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Passion fruit
- Yellow peppers
- Avocado dressing
Preparation
Wash and dry the mixed greens.
Prepare the vegetables by chopping or slicing as needed.
Assemble the salad by placing greens in a bowl and adding radishes, tomato wedges, cucumber slices, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and passion fruit.
Just before serving, add yellow peppers and avocado dressing.
Serve immediately.
