Vegan Green Salad with Seeds and Passion Fruit

Ingredients

  • Mixed greens
  • Radishes
  • Fresh tomato wedges
  • Cucumber slices
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Passion fruit
  • Yellow peppers
  • Avocado dressing

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.

  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping or slicing as needed.

  3. Assemble the salad by placing greens in a bowl and adding radishes, tomato wedges, cucumber slices, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and passion fruit.

  4. Just before serving, add yellow peppers and avocado dressing.

  5. Serve immediately.
