Easy Filling Super Clean Green Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups mixed greens, kale, spinach
  • Bit of coconut oil or ghee
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic green peas
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup cooked sprouted brown rice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Pink Himalayan sea salt
  • Crushed black pepper

Preparation

  1. Lightly sauté mixed greens, kale, and spinach in a bit of coconut oil or ghee for easier digestion.

  2. Add 1/2 cup frozen organic green peas and 1/4 avocado, then toss in the skillet for about 2 minutes on medium-low heat.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

  4. Add 1/4 cup cooked sprouted brown rice and 1 tbsp hemp seeds.

  5. Season with pink Himalayan sea salt and crushed black pepper.
