Easy Filling Super Clean Green Bowl
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups mixed greens, kale, spinach
- Bit of coconut oil or ghee
- 1/2 cup frozen organic green peas
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup cooked sprouted brown rice
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Pink Himalayan sea salt
- Crushed black pepper
Preparation
Lightly sauté mixed greens, kale, and spinach in a bit of coconut oil or ghee for easier digestion.
Add 1/2 cup frozen organic green peas and 1/4 avocado, then toss in the skillet for about 2 minutes on medium-low heat.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add 1/4 cup cooked sprouted brown rice and 1 tbsp hemp seeds.
Season with pink Himalayan sea salt and crushed black pepper.
