Quick and Easy Black Bean Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- Half a can black beans
- Favorite seasonings
- One avocado
- Finely chopped greens
Preparation
Heat up 2 cups of cooked brown rice in a pan.
Add half a can of black beans.
Season with your favorite seasonings.
Meanwhile, mash up an avocado.
Transfer the rice and beans mixture to a bowl, add the mashed avocado on top, and garnish with finely chopped greens.
