Quick and Easy Black Bean Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • Half a can black beans
  • Favorite seasonings
  • One avocado
  • Finely chopped greens

Preparation

  1. Heat up 2 cups of cooked brown rice in a pan.

  2. Add half a can of black beans.

  3. Season with your favorite seasonings.

  4. Meanwhile, mash up an avocado.

  5. Transfer the rice and beans mixture to a bowl, add the mashed avocado on top, and garnish with finely chopped greens.
