Protein Loaded Bowl
Ingredients
- For the dressing
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- For the bowl
- lettuce
- cooked brown rice
- roasted sweet potatoes
- chickpeas
- cherry tomatoes
- avocado
Preparation
Add peanut butter, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce in a jar
Open an avocado and pop the seed in there and shake well to combine
Remove the seed
In a big bowl, add lettuce, cooked brown rice, roasted sweet potatoes, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes and avocado
Drizzle the dressing on top
