Refreshing Vegan Mango Lassi Drink
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup mango puree or 1 mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- raw blue agave, optional
- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Layer in a glass as desired.
