Refreshing Vegan Mango Lassi Drink

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup mango puree or 1 mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • raw blue agave, optional
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Layer in a glass as desired.
