Vanilla Cardamom Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • pinch of cardamom powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except banana into your bowl or container, and set in fridge overnight

  2. In the morning or when you plan to eat it, add and mix in banana

  3. Adjust fluids and flavors as needed

  4. Serve with fruit (my favorite) or any other toppings you might be fancying
