Avocado Chia Seed Snack on Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp ACV (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • pinch of Himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well.

  2. Spread the mixture on sprouted toast.

  3. It only takes a few short minutes.
