Avocado Chia Seed Snack on Toast
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 1-2 tbsp ACV (to taste)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients well.
Spread the mixture on sprouted toast.
It only takes a few short minutes.
