Licor 43 Vanilla Ice Cream Spritz
Ingredients
- 50 ml Licor 43
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml passion fruit juice
- Prosecco or sparkling water to top up
- Ice cubes
- Mint
Preparation
Prepare a glass of your choice and fill with ice cubes. Add vanilla ice cream.
Pour Licor 43 over the ice and then add passion fruit juice.
Top with Prosecco or sparkling water to make the drink fizzy.
Garnish with some mint and enjoy.
