Creamy Passion Fruit Rum Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 500 ml passion fruit juice
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 ml cream
  • 125 ml white rum

Optional additions

  • Additional vanilla to taste

Preparation

  1. Put passion fruit juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, and rum into a container with at least one liter capacity

  2. Stir well until the sugar is dissolved

  3. Bottle the mixture and store in the refrigerator until ready to consume
