Pumpkin-Seed Laden Matcha Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (i use @cocolifeaust)
  • 1/8 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp matcha (pure green tea) powder (i use @matchamaiden)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (i use @totally_nutz activated seeds)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
