Pumpkin-Seed Laden Matcha Granola
Ingredients

- 1/8 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp matcha (pure green tea) powder (i use @matchamaiden)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (i use @totally_nutz activated seeds)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
