Simple Vegan Pistachio Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 250 grams pistachios
- 500 milliliters plant-based cream (e.g., Oatly)
- 320 grams canned condensed coconut or oat milk
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream machine.
Churn for about 40 minutes or until it becomes creamy ice cream.
Tips
This ice cream is very easy to make and highly addictive.
Using Oatly plant-based cream is recommended for best results.
