Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1/2 a ripe papaya
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 peeled orange
- for the top layer blend:
- 1 cup frozen raspberries • 2 peeled blood oranges (or regular ones)
- 1/2 cup rice milk
- 1 tsp @yoursuperfoods forever beautiful powder or acai powder.
