Ultimate Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strong cold brew coffee (or cooled hot coffee)
- 1/3-1/2 cup puréed pumpkin (about 70g)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or maple stevia drops)
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup iced cold water (plus a few ice cubes)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the coffee in a blender until smooth.
Pour over cold coffee and enjoy.
