Ultimate Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strong cold brew coffee (or cooled hot coffee)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup puréed pumpkin (about 70g)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or maple stevia drops)
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup iced cold water (plus a few ice cubes)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except the coffee in a blender until smooth.

  2. Pour over cold coffee and enjoy.
