Apple Cinnamon and Carrot Cake Proats

Ingredients

  • 50g Mornflake oats
  • 250ml water
  • 20g carrot cake protein
  • chopped apple
  • cinnamon
  • butterscotch syrup
  • white chocolate ice cream

Preparation

  1. Microwave 50g oats with 250ml water.

  2. Add 20g carrot cake protein.

  3. Mix in chopped apple and cinnamon.

  4. Transfer to a bowl.

  5. Drizzle with butterscotch syrup.

  6. Top with white chocolate ice cream.
