Cream Cheese Stuffed Garlic Bread Bagel
Ingredients
- 1 bagel of choice
- Cream cheese of choice
- 1/2 stick salted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch salt
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F.
Use a bread knife to cut the bagel across 4 times, creating 8 even little sections and fill the sections with cream cheese.
In a microwave safe dish, add the butter and minced garlic, microwave for 45 seconds, stopping halfway to stir, then add the parsley, garlic powder, and salt.
Place the bagel on a baking sheet, cover it with the butter mixture, sprinkle on grated Parmesan cheese, and bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown.
Serve and enjoy immediately.
