Easy Breakfast Idea

Ingredients

  • Pillsbury Southern style biscuits (they're vegan :))
  • >4 Bella mushrooms quartered
  • >1/4 sweet onion minced
  • >2 tbsp vegan butter >1 tbsp flour >About 3/4 cup of UNSWEETENED plant milk >1/2 bay leaf
  • >1 tsp fried sage >1 tsp thyme >Salt & Pepper >Few drops of Cholula Hot Sauce >Parlsey for fresh garnish

Preparation

  1. Bake the biscuits on a nonstick tray at 350 for about 15-18 min

  2. Be sure to rotate them when they start to turn brown

  3. Sweat the onion in 1 tbsp butter >add the mushrooms until nice n browned >add seasonings and cook up for a few mins >add the flour and rest of butter and cook for a few mins

  4. Slowly add the milk bit by bit until it's nice n thick

  5. Turn up the heat to a simmer and then lower the heat to low so it'll cook nice n slow

  6. Don't forget to take the bayleaf out before u eat

  7. U don't wanna eat it! ?

  8. After that its all how u plate it

  9. I put sauce first

  10. Biscuit n then carefully drop the hot sauce

  11. But you can do as you please ?
