Easy Breakfast Tacos with Fresh Summer Veggies

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 bulb of green onions
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 4 wraps (wheat/corn/coconut or almond flour)

Preparation

  1. Heat the tortillas.
