Fluffy Gluten-Free Cinnamon Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp. oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray or line a baking sheet.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until well combined.
Let the dough sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Use two spoons to drop about 1/4 cup of dough per biscuit onto the baking sheet, making 6 biscuits.
Bake for 10 minutes, then place on a cooling rack and top with avocado, butter, jam, nut butter, or similar.

Serve with avocado slices for a sweet and savory combination.
