Italian Sourdough Bread Petals
Ingredients
- 400 grams type 1 flour
- 100 grams whole wheat flour
- 400 grams water
- 100 grams sourdough starter
- 7 grams salt
Preparation
Mix the flours, water, and sourdough starter to form a dough.
Add salt and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Allow the dough to ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Shape the dough into petal forms.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and fully cooked.
