Quick Easy Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 can and 3/4 cup chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup cassava flour
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 chocolate bars or 4.5 ounces chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a large food processor, blend the ingredients until well combined.

  2. Fold in the chocolate.

  3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.

  4. Enjoy the blondies.
