Quick Easy Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 can and 3/4 cup chickpeas
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup cassava flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1.5 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 chocolate bars or 4.5 ounces chocolate
Preparation
In a large food processor, blend the ingredients until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
