Savory Breakfast Bowl with Sweet Potato and Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • roasted tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave it in for another 45 minutes.

  2. Mash the baked sweet potato.

  3. Fry an egg in ghee.
