Simple Protein Pancakes with Banana and Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 eggs
- 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder
- cinnamon (to taste)
- baking powder (optional, pinch)
Toppings
- 1 egg
- @fourthandheart ghee
- spinach
- red pepper flakes
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Mash the banana.
Mix the mashed banana with 2 eggs, 1 scoop of protein powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of baking powder if desired.
Cook the mixture on a heated pan to form pancakes.
Fry an egg in ghee.
Sauté spinach with red pepper flakes.
Top the pancakes with the fried egg, sautéed spinach, and half an avocado.
