Simple Protein Pancakes with Banana and Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop Nuzest USA protein powder
  • cinnamon (to taste)
  • baking powder (optional, pinch)

Toppings

  • 1 egg
  • @fourthandheart ghee
  • spinach
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana.

  2. Mix the mashed banana with 2 eggs, 1 scoop of protein powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of baking powder if desired.

  3. Cook the mixture on a heated pan to form pancakes.

  4. Fry an egg in ghee.

  5. Sauté spinach with red pepper flakes.

  6. Top the pancakes with the fried egg, sautéed spinach, and half an avocado.
