Soft Scrambled Eggs on Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Toast
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili flakes
  • Cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Once hot, add 2 lightly beaten eggs.

  3. Using a spatula, push eggs into the middle and fold for 1 minute.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  5. Serve on toast topped with mayonnaise, along with cherry tomatoes.
