Soft Scrambled Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs whisked
  • Crumbled feta
  • Chives
  • Chili flakes
  • Sourdough
  • Mayo or butter

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread and top with mayo or butter.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil.

  3. Add the whisked eggs and cook by pushing them into the center for 60 seconds until set. Do not overcook.

  4. Add the eggs to the toast and top with feta, chives, and chili flakes.
