Sourdough Avocado Toast with Marmite and Lime

Ingredients

  • Thick slice of sourdough bread
  • Butter
  • Marmite
  • Avocado
  • Lime
  • Chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.

  2. Spread a layer of butter on the warm toast.

  3. Add a good spread of marmite over the butter.

  4. Crush the avocado and mix with a squeeze of lime juice and a few chili flakes.

  5. Spread the avocado mixture on top of the toast and serve immediately.
