Sourdough Avocado Toast with Marmite and Lime
Ingredients
- Thick slice of sourdough bread
- Butter
- Marmite
- Avocado
- Lime
- Chili flakes
Preparation
Toast the sourdough bread until golden and crisp.
Spread a layer of butter on the warm toast.
Add a good spread of marmite over the butter.
Crush the avocado and mix with a squeeze of lime juice and a few chili flakes.
Spread the avocado mixture on top of the toast and serve immediately.
