Super Refreshing Healthy Pomegranate Raspberry Popsicles
Ingredients
- Pomegranates - 1/4 cup
- Raspberries- 1/3 cup
- Jaggery - 2tbsp
- Lemon juice - 2tsp
- Water - 4 cups
Preparation
Combine Jaggery and half quantity of water in a small saucepan. Cook on low medium heat until jaggery dissolves
Add raspberries, pomegranates, in a blender with remaining water and blend it until every chunk of pomegranates and raspberries are mushed together. Then with the help of a sieve take the pomegranate seeds out and mix your Jaggery water to this mixture.
Pour it in your molds, optionally add some fresh pomegranate seeds and rosemary for extra flavor. Freeze it overnight and enjoy.
You can substitute Jaggery with any kind of sugar; it's entirely up to you.
