Vegan Rawnola with Oats and Dried Fruits
Ingredients
- 10 g flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons of warm water
- 2 dates
- 40 g oats
- 20 g goji berries
- 20 g apple, dried
- 10 g cocoa nibs
- Pinch of salt and cinnamon
Preparation
Let the flax seeds soak in the water for 5 minutes
Roughly mix the flax seeds with dates and oats
Add the other ingredients and mix all, leaving a few pieces unmixed if desired
Note that rawnola is not heated, so it retains all nutrients and vitamins; it can be eaten immediately or dried in the sun for 1-2 hours
It tastes best on the second day when it has become drier
