Vegan Rawnola with Oats and Dried Fruits

Ingredients

  • 10 g flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 2 dates
  • 40 g oats
  • 20 g goji berries
  • 20 g apple, dried
  • 10 g cocoa nibs
  • Pinch of salt and cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Let the flax seeds soak in the water for 5 minutes

  2. Roughly mix the flax seeds with dates and oats

  3. Add the other ingredients and mix all, leaving a few pieces unmixed if desired

  4. Note that rawnola is not heated, so it retains all nutrients and vitamins; it can be eaten immediately or dried in the sun for 1-2 hours

  5. It tastes best on the second day when it has become drier
