Winter Breakfast with Gahat Dal Parathas

- Gahat Dal
- Green chillies
- Garlic cloves
- Spices
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder
- Wheat flour
- Pahadi Ghee
Preparation
Grind the Gahat Dal with green chillies, garlic cloves, spices, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder to make a dough.
Fill the masala dough into wheat flour dough.
Flatten it nicely.
Place it on a flat pan and oil both sides with Pahadi Ghee.
Cook it properly until done.
Serve hot with curd, homemade butter, and mint chutney.
