Winter Breakfast with Gahat Dal Parathas

Ingredients

  • Gahat Dal
  • Green chillies
  • Garlic cloves
  • Spices
  • Coriander powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Wheat flour
  • Pahadi Ghee

Preparation

  1. Grind the Gahat Dal with green chillies, garlic cloves, spices, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder to make a dough.

  2. Fill the masala dough into wheat flour dough.

  3. Flatten it nicely.

  4. Place it on a flat pan and oil both sides with Pahadi Ghee.

  5. Cook it properly until done.

  6. Serve hot with curd, homemade butter, and mint chutney.
