Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 slices bread
  • peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • melted chocolate gems
  • vegan butter

Preparation

  1. Mix together the egg, cinnamon, and almond milk and set aside.

  2. Spread peanut butter on both slices of bread then layer in the sliced banana.

  3. Sandwich the two together and dip into the egg mixture.

  4. Transfer to a cast iron pan on medium heat coated in melted vegan butter.

  5. Cook both sides for 5-7 minutes or until crispy brown.

  6. Slice down the middle and add extra toppings if desired.
