Chocolate Souffle Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour
- 30g @appliedsupplements.cy vegan protein
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- sea salt
- squeeze of a lemon
- 150ml coconut milk
Toppings
- @skinnyfoodco chocolate syrup
- figs
- flaxseeds
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together.
Make small rings with foil.
Put some oil in a pan.
Add the rings to the pan.
Put the mixture into the rings.
