Chocolate Souffle Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 60g spelt flour
  • 30g @appliedsupplements.cy vegan protein
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • sea salt
  • squeeze of a lemon
  • 150ml coconut milk

Toppings

  • @skinnyfoodco chocolate syrup
  • figs
  • flaxseeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Make small rings with foil.

  3. Put some oil in a pan.

  4. Add the rings to the pan.

  5. Put the mixture into the rings.
