Cinnamon Date Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp almond oil (the one that separates from almond butter)
- 1.5 chia/flax eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Preparation
Mash bananas with a fork
Add almond butter and oil, flax eggs, baking soda and lemon juice
Fold flours and oats in
Add cardamom and vanilla
Mix all ingredients well
Line bread form with a baking sheet
Transfer half of the batter into it
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
