Cinnamon Date Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup millet flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup spelt flour
  • 1 heaped tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp almond oil (the one that separates from almond butter)
  • 1.5 chia/flax eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Preparation

  1. Mash bananas with a fork

  2. Add almond butter and oil, flax eggs, baking soda and lemon juice

  3. Fold flours and oats in

  4. Add cardamom and vanilla

  5. Mix all ingredients well

  6. Line bread form with a baking sheet

  7. Transfer half of the batter into it

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
